UKD offer a comprehensive Conference and Events service: Staging design and build, audio-visual equipment, lighting equipment, PowerPoint Presentations, themes and full on site technical support. We aim to provide informed advice and suggestions to make the planning and execution of your event stress free.
Our Projects team led by your designated Project Manager will work closely with you to interpret and discuss ideas to formulate a brief for the event. The brief will then be developed into an effective proposal. This will include stage set designs incorporating corporate logos, themes, lighting and effects, PowerPoint Slides Ideas, corporate gifts and any video production. Our plans and drawing will be submitted in a written proposal along with the audio visual equipment requirements and an introduction to the technicians who will staff the event.
With our close attention to detail we will ensure that the right impression and atmosphere is created every time. On the day of your event the UKD team will offer total support taking care of all practical and technical aspects.
